Hybrid Irons

Here at Eleven Golf, we offer the perfect combination of quality and performance. No matter if you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we have the clubs you need to elevate your game. Each one of guides and the data they enclose are for use with a 7 hybrid, so you can compare and contrast with your own to select the perfect shaft for you.

We have paired with KBS, to deliver the maximum game improvement irons available on the market. Built from player feedback, KBS Golf Shafts offer the most advanced shaft technology in the industry. Established in 2008, KBS has set a new standard in steel and graphite shafts, achieving unprecedented growth and acclaim.

KBS TGI vs MAX

For long enough, the assumption was that graphite-shafted irons were most suited to golfers who didn’t generate a lot of clubhead speed in their iron play, such as senior golfers or lady golfers.

In creating the TGI shaft, KBS has a shaft that even tour players have been convinced into thinking that the shaft is a steel shaft, given how good the characteristics are.

The TGI shaft is designed for low launch and low spin, but players will have to consider the lighter weights that come with the use of graphite, alongside the increase in launch when using a larger, hybrid iron head, such as those offered in our Eleven hybrid range. We believe for the average golfer, our hybrid-head technology, and the KBS TGI shaft, was a match made in heaven, and will offer the best results, with maximum game improvement.

KBS TGI Tour Graphite Iron Shaft Swing Speed Guide

The KBS Max graphite provides the highest launch and spin characteristics and is aimed at players with lower swing speeds.

The Max Graphite starts at an ultralight weight of 45 grams and goes to a maximum of 85 grams. The weighting options replace the traditional regular and stiff options. KBS believes that it is more important to match a golfer to the correct shaft by knowing their existing swing speed, which is obtained during a fitting session.

For players with slower swing speeds that struggle to launch the ball, the KBS Max Graphite Iron shaft is the way to go.

We do not carry a large quantity of the KBS Max Graphite Irons Shafts in stock, and therefore they are not listed as a 'stock' option through the drop down menus in our site. If you would like your club(s) built with either 45g, 55g, or 65g KBS Max shafts, then please request this using the 'add a note' feature within your basket before checkout, or get in touch and we can manually generate an order for you.

HB Irons

The Tourtoise HB Irons are the brainchild of our club designer and builder, Nick. Known for gaming a full bag of hybrids, Nick needed something different for his faster clubhead speed. Hybrids served him well, but when it came to certain approach shots, he wanted irons that delivered a tour-style look and feel—without sacrificing the forgiveness of his trusted hybrids.

That’s how the Tourtoise HB Irons came to life: hollow-back irons that launch high, go long, and provide the stability and forgiveness every golfer craves. Nick still keeps his lower-numbered hybrids to fine-tune his game, but these irons gave him (and now all of us) the perfect blend of distance, precision, and confidence.

KBS Tour Steel vs ProjectX Cypher

We offer two different shaft models for our HB irons, these are the KBS Tour Steel, available in either 110g ref flex, or 120g stiff flex.

The KBS TOUR is Kim Braly’s signature shaft and is ideal for players desiring shot versatility and mid trajectory. Incorporating unique KBS technology, the KBS TOUR maximizes energy transfer for increased shot control. The KBS TOUR offers a smooth, responsive feel and is the preferred model by several of the best golfers in the world.

A more traditional iron shaft, the KBS Tour Steel shafts will offer mid-levels of spin and launch, and as a result, maximises energy transfer and stability. It aims for tighter shot dispersion compared to standard lightweight steel options.

KBS Tour Steel Iron Shaft Specs

The ProjectX Cypher2.0 iron shaft is an ultralightweight shaft designed for maximum distance through higher launch and increased swing speed. Bend profile matched to wood shafts for a seamless feel and consistent performance throughout the bag.

It has been designed as an ultralight, high-launch, and high-spin shaft. Because it is much lighter than traditional steel, players often find they can move up in flex (stiffness) or stay in a lighter weight class to gain clubhead speed

Driver and Mini Driver – Gen 1 (2024 – 2026)

These premium drivers have been 100% forged from the highest grades of titanium, ensuring maximum energy transfer to the ball for powerful and consistent drives.

Just like our hybrid irons, we have paired with KBS to deliver the perfect shafts for our new driver and mini-driver, to deliver consistent performance, and great results every time.

These Gen 1 drivers were launched with two shaft models, the KBS TD and the KBS Max HL.

KBS TD vs KBS MAX HL

Golfers have been conditioned to believe that low spin equals hitting shots further for decades, which it does so long as you have enough speed to launch shots to a good peak height. This is the benefit of the KBS TD shaft, lower height, lower spin, for greater penetration from the tee. This shaft has been designed for players with a faster swing speed, and when paired with our Eleven Golf NH 01 Driver, will help you unleash your swing's potential and smash drives for ultimate distance.

KBS TD Driver/Wood Shaft Swing Speed Guide

The trouble is as we’ve seen with irons, there are tons of more average speed players out there who just don’t have that speed.

These are exactly the golfers who would actually benefit from hitting shots higher with more spin (which High Launch irons do) not less, which will keep shots in the air for longer and fly further. So, if your driver swing runs to a modest pace, it’s highly likely the KBS Max HL can do a job for you.

If you are a player whose driver swing speed hovers around or just below average (that’s 92/93mph) then a high launch driver shaft could absolutely help optimize your driver game. Just like slightly weaker lofted irons can help flight shots higher with more spin so approaches land and stop on the green a super stable and consistent high launch driver shaft like the KBS Max HL could help you hit longer and straighter more consistently.

Don’t forget too, if you have a reasonable level of speed, you may be able to use a lower loft and gain more ball speed thanks to the shaft’s higher launch tendencies.

Driver and Mini Driver – Gen 2 (2026 Onwards)

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our first-generation driver and mini driver, we have launched their successors, the NHV2 and the Mini-Driver V2.

With newly designed heads, hosels, and weighting, these clubs offer even more customisation than our generation 1 models, not to mention carrying over their outstanding performance, to deliver consistent striking, and great results every time.

For this launch, we have paired with ProjectX and their new wood shaft, the Cypher 2.0. The Project X Cypher 2.0 is an ultralight, high-launch shaft designed for golfers looking to increase clubhead speed and get the ball in the air more easily. Because it is a "performance lightweight" shaft, it uses the Project X numeric flex system (4.0 through 6.0).

We still offer all of our woods in the premium KBS Tour Driven (TD) wood shafts, as we always have done, though we have started to introduce the new KBS TD 2.0 shafts, starting with all of our Fairway Woods, 1 through 7, along with the new Mini Driver V2, and newly released NHV2 driver.

FW1

This club was originally designed by Nick, our club designer and builder, for his own game. But after seeing the incredible numbers he was getting, we knew we had to make it available to everyone.

The FW1 is a tee replacement club—perfect for players who want to lower their trajectory and reduce spin for maximum distance and control. It can be hit from the deck, but that’s not where it shines. Expect punchy, lower-flying shots rather than height. Teed up, however, it delivers exactly what it was built for: low, penetrating bombs with exceptional control.

We know this club isn’t for everyone. If you struggle to get the ball airborne or have a slower swing speed, the Eleven Mini Driver will be a better fit for you.

Featuring a 195cc head (the same size as our 3-wood) and a 43-inch length, the FW1 provides outstanding accuracy and playability. Its low loft design encourages a positive attack angle, helping players achieve powerful, low-spin drives off the tee.

Fairway Woods 3, 5, and 7

Built for confidence off the tee and precision from the fairway, Eleven Fairway Woods deliver high launch, controlled spin, and effortless distance across the bag. Available in 3, 5, and 7 wood options, each club is carefully spec’d to optimise gapping, consistency, and playability for a wide range of golfers.

Each length and loft combination is designed to promote clean contact, reliable launch, and confidence whether you’re attacking par 5s or finding tight fairways.

The Eleven Fairway Woods come with an adjustable wrench, allowing you to swap the two weights in the clubhead — 10 g and 3 g. Placing the 10 g weight at the back of the club increases forgiveness, while positioning it at the front reduces spin. You can adjust the weights to suit your personal preference.

Eleven Golf Adjustable Hosel Gen 1 Guide (2024 – 2026)

Our 1st generation Eleven Golf Drivers, Mini-Drivers, and XL Hybrids utilise a triple collar adapter, which takes adjustability to the next level. Offering maximum flexibility without ever needing to rotate the shaft. Perfect for golfers who are looking to dial-in that perfect swing, this game-changing feature ensures seamless loft adjustments while maintaining optimal alignment.

Eleven Golf Adjustable Hosel Gen 2 Guide (2026 Onwards)

Our 1st generation Eleven Golf Drivers and Mini-Drivers utilised our original triple collar adapter, which provided seamless customisation. For 2026, we have introduced a new system that allows for even more customisation options, along with new port weights on the underside of our woods, for a new level of dial-in performance.

Grips

At Eleven golf, we want to offer the best game-improvement clubs that money can buy, so we have paired our clubs with what we believe to be the perfect grips for our clubs. Throughout our journey as a manufacturer, we have installed several brands on our clubs, but it has ultimately led us to the decision to pair our clubs with our brand of golf grip, X-Tech.

Nick doesn’t just design clubs—he rethinks every detail of performance. The X Tech Grip is built from high-performance elastomer to deliver superior control and consistency in all conditions.

Key Benefits include; High-Performance Elastomer Construction – More durable and responsive than traditional rubber. Reduced Torque – Minimises twisting through impact for straighter, more reliable shots. Enhanced Grip & Feel – Excellent tackiness and comfort for total confidence. Waterproof Design – Maintains traction in rain, humidity, or sweat. Confidence in Any Condition – Built to perform when pressure is on
