Shipping Policy
At Eleven Golf, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review the following guidelines to understand our shipping process:
Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping, so there are very few destinations we cannot deliver to. Whether you're located in Europe, North America, or anywhere else, we'll deliver your order to you.

Shipping Methods
We’ve partnered with trusted shipping carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your order. Shipping speed may vary depending on your location however, and excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
Domestic orders to the UK-mainland are typically delivered on a next-day basis once your clubs have been constructed. Some highland and island areas of Scotland, along with Northern Ireland, and the Channel Isles may take longer however.
Standard international shipping typically takes 4 - 5 business days upon completion of your clubs, though this is subject to customs clearance, which in some instances can extend this delivery window.
Packaging
Our packaging has been designed to withstand the trials and tribulations of international shipping, and the dozens of knocks and impacts that come along with this. Should you receive your parcel and it looks a little worse for wear, please do not be alarmed, as the contents will still be in immaculate condition inside. The packaging is there to ensure your clubs get to you in one piece, and is does not constitute part of the product that you purchase.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can correct the issue.
We use sustainable and recyclable materials throughout our club’s packaging, from cardboard boxes and paper stickers, to our Envriafoam inserts. Please do your part and recycle these materials where you can.
Delivery Exceptions
Please note, that we do not deliver to PO boxes, and reserve the right to cancel and/or refund your order should you select a PO box as your postal address. Where a PO box has been selected as a postal address, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email to obtain an alternative delivery address. If we do not obtain an alternative address, we will not be able to ship your parcel and will cancel and refund your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-15 business days of order placement. Please note that due to the custom-built nature of our products, all clubs are carefully assembled to your exact specifications, and therefore during busy periods, we may occasionally fall short of our estimated delivery window however, this ensures you receive a quality, game-changing product.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information from our courier. You can use this information to track the status of your order and monitor its progress.
Please ensure that both your delivery address and email address are completed and provided to us correctly, as we’re unable to amend these once shipped, and do not accept responsibility if your goods are lost or undelivered as a result of you providing incorrect delivery details.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs authority for more information on potential fees. All orders are shipped from our HQ in Hereford, United Kingdom.
Refusal of Goods
Should you refuse to accept delivery of the goods, please note that Eleven Golf will not cover any returns costs of the parcel. Once these goods have been returned, we will deduct the returns costs from any applicable refund, in conjunction with any outbound shipping, which is also non-refundable.
US Tariff Charges
Following the introduction of tariffs on all US imports from the UK, effective from August 2025, if you should have any questions in relation to what duties may apply to your order, please get in touch at info@eleven-golf.com and we can assist in explaining these to you, along with any new processes that may be encountered by our US customers.
