Yes, moving the numbers from the open end of the cover to the ‘toe’ certainly makes the numbers easy to see when the clubs are in the bag. But I think you’ve not fully thought it through. With the clubs in either a stand bag or sat in a trolley, the numbers are upside down!!! Can you re-orientate them so they are the right way up. Cheers.
To be fair....I've just left a glowing positive review for a 7 hybrid bought at same time. These headcovers....I bought one for my gap wedge which had no cover....they are a bit cheap and simple. I understand that with a bag full of woods or hybrids a small unobtrusive cover is a necessity......however these are a little non descript.....and I paid a fiver for what is basically a wollen sock. Then again....they work ok ....so no problem.
Good quality, they protect the club head and shaft well and they don’t fall off like some hybrid head covers.
My only small gripe is if a line was added under the number 6 would distinguish it from the number 9 hybrid.
Eleven Golf headcovers aren't spectacular, but they do the job of protecting the clubs from bag clatter, and are well priced. Usual speedy service too.
Ordered tge new style headcovers, these show the club number better than the originals, order came quickly and was well packaged, very happy.
