Precision Weighting
The Mini V2 does not include a hot melt option by design. Each head is precision-balanced during production, removing the need for internal weighting.

Ok. Lets start with the easy stuff. Eleven Golf again performed admirably with regard to ordering and delivery. Prompt, efficient and excellent packaging, just as I have come to expect. Now for the complicated part. I wanted a club with a little bit more "bang" than the excellent 18 degree XL Hybrid I purchased with my original set of clubs. In terms of "bang" it delivers. However, it has so much "bang" that it makes my recently purchased custom fitted driver almost obsolete, even when I have lofted it up to 15 I wanted this as a strategic driving club on tight holes. It is so easy to hit that it goes almost as far as my 12 degree driver. Lets be clear, this has more to do with my talent, or lack thereof than anything else. So, if like me you are in late middle age with a modest driver swing speed this is an excellent alternative to a driver. For the young and fit it augments your driver. An excellent club that I recommend without hesitation.
First things first. This club us well made and after a couple of rounds was very impressed.
However, when delivered it had no instructions on how to adjust the settings. A call to Richard, said that the instructions were on their website. I sincerely could not find them on the what I thought was their website. I used the one that promotes the products and sales of merchandise. There appears to be a further branch that I couldn't find. So it was a further call but was unanswered but an email to Will provided the instructions.
They in my opinion are not too clear, in that the sketch of the club looks nothing like the actual product, and my removable weights were stiff to remove. Lastly, the grip is put on upside down, intentionally, so you are not put off by the logo. (This I missed in the sales literature)
But now because I've altered the alignment etc, the shaft rotates and the logo is now visible.
My suggestion would be to have a plain grip, with instructions provided with the club
Updating my review, after playing a full round utilizing this mini driver, I’m quite impressed. Definitely have to tee the ball much lower than with a regular driver. Out of 12 drives with this club I only missed the fairway 2 times. Two other drives were on the last two hole with my regular driver due to th confidence this mini driver gave me. The only other hole where I could have hit driver I use my 6 iron as it is a hole with water left and right and I cant tell you how many times I was in the water. I highly recommend this mini driver if you’re struggling with your tee shots. While not as much distance as a regular driver the accuracy will definitely offset the distance. Fantastic product which I added to my set of eleven golf hybrids. I unitially bought the mini as I felt I could keep my hybrid swing for a 220yard fairway finder having been struggling with driver for years. One range session proved that. But then I gradually moved to a more driver type swing and the gains were immediate. It helped me dial in the driver swing changes like hitting up which had been so illusive with the big dog driver. Shorter shaft and better feel of clubhead I think helped that. I was then able to go back to regular driver and the gains largely transferred.
Only minor issue was the grip as delivered was loose but there is no way I’m sending this back.
I play off 14. A senior golfer I was struggling to hit my Ping driver. Thought I would support “Eleven” as an English
fledgling company; knew nothing about them. It was a good decision. Eleven has been right on the money. Great product.
I have a short, fast, whippy swing. The shaft on the mini driver is great for me, obviously has a different “ kick point” to my
whippy shafted Ping. Very solid fell on contacting the ball. I have hit some good, accurate, drives. The club feels very solid
as you swing. Contact noise on impact is solid, and very pleasing. All round great club at a very fair price.
